Role Description The SSOP Operations role is a full-time, on-site position based in North York, ON. This role is responsible for supporting and optimizing standard operating procedures across restaurant operations to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring operational performance, analyzing data and process flows, identifying areas for improvement, and coordinating the implementation of updated procedures. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams such as operations, sales, and training to support rollouts, provide documentation, and assist with staff onboarding and communication. The SSOP Operations team member helps ensure that each location delivers a high-quality guest experience while meeting operational and safety standards. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for evaluating operational data, identifying trends, and supporting continuous improvement. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings, and provide clear operational guidance. Candidates should possess Sales awareness to understand restaurant performance drivers and support initiatives that enhance guest experience and revenue. Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to support standard operating procedures, ensure consistency across locations, and maintain quality and compliance. Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and track implementation of new processes and operational initiatives. Relevant experience in quick-service restaurants, food service, or retail operations is beneficial. Post-secondary education in Business, Operations, or a related field is an asset. Ability to work on-site in North York, ON, manage multiple priorities, and use common office and data-analysis software effectively.
