Summary

The Bell AI Fabric team is at the forefront of bringing cutting-edge AI solutions to the Canadian market. As we scale our partnerships and customer engagements, the need for seamless operational execution has become critical. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Product Management, the Senior Product Operations Manager will be the backbone of our operational processes.

This role is critical to ensuring product readiness across our AI Fabric portfolio. As new AI solutions and partners are integrated into our ecosystem, you will ensure that all operational processes are in place to deliver a seamless sales and customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Product Readiness: Coordinate with product, sales, legal, and other core teams to ensure all operational dependencies are met and processes are streamlined prior to the go-to-market launch of new partner solutions.
  • Process Management: Design, implement, and continuously optimize our quote-to-cash and sales processes to support the AI Fabric business.
  • Deal Support: Coordinating with our contracting and legal teams to provide deal support on contracting and resale agreements, including identifying necessary agreements and terms for various partnerships and key deals.
  • Contract Lifecycle Management: Track the negotiation process for all partner and customer contracts, ensuring that all business and legal stakeholders provide timely reviews and edits to meet deadlines.
  • Partner Performance Tracking: Maintain a comprehensive tracking and reporting system for all AI Fabric partnerships to ensure transparency and accountability across all teams.

Critical Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in a Product Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or a similar role, preferably within a B2B technology, telecommunications, or AI-native company.
  • Strong proficiency with enterprise CRM and back-office technologies. Experience with Salesforce and an understanding of quote-to-cash (Q2C) workflows is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail; you're someone who can manage multiple complex projects without letting a single thread drop.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. You can translate complex legal and business requirements into clear, actionable tasks and timelines.
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management principles and the administrative aspects of tracking legal agreements.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. chatbots) is a bonus but not strictly required.

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
