Experience across full implementation cycles or major payroll transformation projects. Strong communication skills with the ability to work with HR, payroll, finance, IT and leadership teams. Strong attention to detail, organisation and analytical ability. Genuine interest in learning Workday and building a long-term career in the Workday consulting space.
Why this role is exciting: Chance to move into the Workday market with a brilliant Workday Partner. Build on your Payroll SME and ERP experience while learning one of the leading cloud HCM platforms. Join a growing consulting team with strong demand across Payroll, Time Tracking and Absence. Work with experienced Workday consultants who can help you develop quickly. Great option for someone who wants to move from traditional ERP payroll consulting into Workday delivery. Hybrid and flexible working model with limited travel, expected around 10 percent depending on client needs.
