Product Development & Commercialization Manager
Location: Ontario (Remote)
This is a new role. reporting into Director, Procurement
Our client is a growing leader in the health and wellness space and is seeking a Product Development & Commercialization Manager to drive innovation across a portfolio of nutraceuticals, sports nutrition, vitamins, supplements, meal replacements, protein products, bars, shakes, Effervescent, and functional wellness solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead new products from concept through commercialization Manage contract manufacturers and ingredient suppliers Source ingredients, packaging, and finished goods globally Support regulatory compliance across Health Canada and FDA requirements Partner with Procurement, QA, Regulatory, and Commercial teams Drive innovation, cost savings, and continuous improvement initiatives

Nutraceuticals Vitamins & Supplements Sports Nutrition Functional Foods Natural Health Products Product Development & Commercialization
Experience with Nutraceutical co-manufacturing, innovation and procurement is highly desirable.
Travel
Travel regularly to Eastern Ontario Occasional (potentially annual) supplier travel within North America and internationally (India & China)
