Bodaq supplies architectural finishes and supports customers through specification, estimating, project coordination, order fulfillment, and installation execution.
We are building a more structured, scalable operation and are looking for someone who enjoys creating order from complexity.

The Role
We are hiring a highly organized coordinator to act as the operational hub between sales, customers, project management, logistics, and administration.
This is a hybrid role combining elements of account coordination, project coordination, customer service, and sales operations.
You will not be responsible for carrying a sales quota - but you will play a major role in making sure opportunities, orders, customer communication, and internal workflows move efficiently and accurately.
Success in this role means: Customer inquiries receive same-business-day responses CRM records stay accurate and current Orders move quickly and cleanly through the business Internal handoffs happen without customers falling through the cracks Teams have visibility into what is coming in and out of the business
Responsibilities
CRM & Data Management Own CRM hygiene and maintain accurate customer records Update opportunities, notes, contacts, activities, and follow-up items Process and organize field notes submitted by sales representatives Maintain clean reporting and consistent data standards Identify missing information and proactively close gaps
Customer & Account Coordination Respond to incoming customer requests and route appropriately Conduct customer follow-ups by phone and email Support sales representatives while they are on the road Coordinate urgent customer needs and help remove blockers Ensure no customer inquiries are lost or delayed
Order Management & Administration Enter orders accurately and efficiently Generate invoices and support billing workflows Print and coordinate warehouse pick tickets Confirm order status and communicate updates internally and externally Support documentation and administrative processes
Project & Operations Coordination Triage incoming project and operations emails Assign tasks internally to the correct owner Maintain visibility over active schedules and upcoming work Support project execution and internal communication Monitor inventory availability and order timelines Understand lead times and shipment status for inbound product Work closely with logistics, warehouse, project management, and sales
What We're Looking For
Required 3+ years in account coordination, project coordination, sales operations, customer service, administration, or a similar role Exceptional organization and follow-through Strong attention to detail and process discipline Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously Confident communicating with customers by phone and email Strong software aptitude and comfort working in CRMs and ERP systems Intermediate Excel / Google Sheets skills Strong Assets Experience with CRM administration Experience with ERP systems Distribution, construction, building materials, interiors, or manufacturing experience Experience coordinating logistics or order fulfillment Familiarity with inventory and supply chain concepts
