Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily supply chain activities including planning, inventory monitoring, and order fulfilment monitoring Support special parts projects related to supply planning, logistics, and operational improvements Lead supply related conversation and provide data backed insights to customers Track and manage supply timelines to ensure on-time delivery and issue resolution Collaborate with internal and external vendors to ensure seamless supply flow Analyze supply data to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and supply metrics Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency Prepare regular reports and updates for management on supply status and project progress

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from Canadian university Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and supply chain functions Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills Strong problem solving and time management skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical capabilities
