As a Professional, Investor Relations, you will play a key role in shaping iA Financial Group’s financial communication strategy and enhancing its positioning with financial markets, institutional investors, and the Board of Directors.

What you will achieve with us
As a Professional, Investor Relations, you will be at the heart of our value-creation mission. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to the preparation of financial disclosure documents for financial markets and the Board of Directors, including the development of key messages and the highlighting of company performance;
- Analyzing the company’s financial performance and independently addressing complex issues related to market perception, financial disclosure, or crisis management, by mobilizing internal resources;
- Presenting and explaining financial matters to diverse audiences, adapting the level of detail and responding to complex questions;
- Supporting senior executives in the preparation of presentations for various internal and external audiences;
- Managing investor-related events as projects, including content development, logistical coordination, engagement of internal and external stakeholders, and facilitation of strategic discussions;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with financial analysts, institutional investors, credit rating agencies, and media representatives;
- Monitoring industry trends and best practices in order to continuously improve financial disclosure and promote iA’s long-term value.

We are looking for someone who:
- Is recognized for strong analytical and synthesis skills in complex financial contexts;
- Stands out for their communication skills and ability to clearly explain a wide range of financial concepts;
- Demonstrates a high level of autonomy, initiative, and sound judgment in a fast‑evolving environment;
- Has strong project management and problem‑solving skills;
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, accounting, or a related field;
- Has a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a similar or related role.
- Has a proficiency in french
