Key Responsibilities Act as a hands-on Product Owner, fully accountable for story writing, backlog ownership, and cross-team delivery Analyst support Translate complex financial logic into clear user stories, process flows, and functional requirements Work directly with engineering, QA, finance, and operations teams to align system functionality with business goals Lead Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives, using JIRA Collaborate with data engineers to validate logic, data structures, and end-to-end flows during migration Support a large-scale platform migration, handling parallel workstreams and multiple internal/external stakeholders Ensure complete and traceable documentation for system handoffs, audit readiness, and data lineage Qualifications 10+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or systems analysis within financial services or fintech Proven experience working independently with stakeholders to analyze, document, and drive solutions from raw financial data Deep experience working with databases, data mapping, structured data analysis, and reporting Strong fluency with Agile, JIRA, and roadmap delivery processes
