What You'll Be Responsible ForLeading major healthcare construction projects from pre-construction through to occupancy and handov er.Managing project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and client relationshi ps.Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and overall project performan ce.Providing leadership and mentoring to Project Managers, Coordinators, and site tea ms.Managing procurement strategies and subcontractor negotiatio ns.Overseeing financial reporting, forecasting, cost control, and change manageme nt.Identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategi es.Ensuring quality assurance, safety, and compliance throughout the project lifecyc le.Maintaining strong relationships with healthcare authorities, consultants, and key stakeholde rs.Driving successful project close-out, commissioning, and deficiencies manageme
nt. What We're Looking For10+ years of Project Management experience within the construction indus try.Proven experience delivering large healthcare projects valued at $100M+ from start to fin ish.Previous experience working for a Tier 1 or large General Contractor is highly prefer red.Strong understanding of healthcare construction, complex scheduling, procurement, and contract administrat ion.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management ski lls.Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional project delivery standa rds.Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is prefer
