New Opportunity – Sales Enablement Specialist | Etobicoke

I'm currently partnering with a well-established and growing manufacturing organization as they are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist who will work closely with senior sales leadership and play a key role in supporting a high-performing commercial team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the center of sales operations, project coordination, technology, and process improvement.

In this role, you will: • Partner closely with the Sales Manager to coordinate priorities, meetings, and key initiatives • Support sales operations, reporting, analytics, and process improvements • Create presentations, sales materials, and customer-facing documentation • Help drive CRM adoption, workflow improvements, and technology initiatives • Coordinate internal and external meetings while managing follow-up actions • Assist with research, reporting, KPI tracking, and sales enablement projects • Work cross-functionally with multiple departments to support business growth

Ideal candidates will have: • A commercially minded professional who doesn't just execute tasks but thinks strategically. • Ability to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and missed opportunities within the sales process, then recommend practical solutions to improve performance. •Strong analytical skills with the ability to review sales data, trends, and customer activity to uncover opportunities for revenue growth. •Comfortable asking questions like: "What are we missing?", "How can we improve?", and "How can we help the sales team generate more business?" •Experience developing ideas, processes, or initiatives that improve sales effectiveness, customer engagement, or operational efficiency. •Highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with CRM systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). •Excellent communication skills with the confidence to work closely with leadership and influence positive change.
