As an Account Manager at , you will: Own the client relationship and business strategy for your portfolio Translate business objectives into clear campaign direction Partner with Campaign Managers to drive measurable client growth Lead client communication, presentations, and strategic planning Grow into a trusted advisor for both clients and teammates

Responsibilities Client Leadership: Serve as the primary client advocate, leading communication, presentations, and strategic discussions. Business Strategy: Develop account growth strategies, marketing roadmaps, and cross-channel recommendations aligned with client objectives. Campaign Briefing: Translate business goals into detailed campaign briefs, ensuring Campaign Managers have the context, priorities, and success metrics required for execution. Business Performance: Own account success by aligning marketing investment with business KPIs, including revenue, ROAS, CAC, lead quality, and profitability. Project Management: Manage timelines, budgets, priorities, and client expectations while coordinating with Creative, Data, and Paid Media teams. Growth: Research new marketing channels, technologies, and opportunities that create competitive advantage for clients. Reporting: Present performance reports and communicate clear business insights, recommendations, and next steps. Collaboration: Partner closely with Campaign Managers to ensure strategic alignment and disciplined execution. Leadership: Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of our team, processes, and client experience. Support your team, and help keep clients happy.

Qualifications and Skills Agency Experience: 2+ years managing multiple client accounts in a digital marketing or performance marketing agency. Platform Expertise: 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. You've personally built, optimized, and scaled campaigns, developing the subject matter expertise and strategic judgment that comes from delivering measurable results. Performance Marketing Background: Current or former Performance Marketing Manager, Campaign Manager, or equivalent agency role will be prioritized. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, attribution, audience segmentation, creative testing, and conversion tracking + attribution + measurement. Analytical Mindset: Deep understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion funnels, and performance measurement. Comfortable using data to guide business decisions. Business Acumen: Ability to translate campaign performance into strategic recommendations for clients and executive stakeholders. Leadership: Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. Organization: Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities. Education: Background in business, marketing, mathematics, statistics, finance, engineering, or sciences is highly preferred. Bilingual: Professional fluency in English and French is required.
