About the role
Position Overview
The Construction Project Manager oversees commercial and residential glass and glazing projects from start to finish, coordinating teams, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial and residential glazing projects from award through completion
- Coordinate with clients, installers, estimators, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and resolve issues as they arise
- Ensure all work meets safety requirements, local building codes, and company standards
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and progress reports
Qualifications
- Experience in construction project management (glazing experience is a strong asset)
- Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, or a related field
- Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and safety regulations
- Proficiency with project management tools
- Valid driver?s license
- PTech, CET, or P.Eng certification considered an asset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
