Marketing Manager - Pricing & Offers

Description Join our team #LI-REMOTE We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to program manage the end-to-end execution of our offer and pricing strategy across one of TELUS’ most significant growth opportunities - Home Internet in Eastern Canada. Expanding our market penetration in Eastern Canada is a critical priority, and this role plays a pivotal part in turning strategy into market reality. In this role, you will fully own the offer execution lifecycle, serving as the central program manager responsible for Go-To-Market (GTM) readiness, offer suite management, performance monitoring and competitive movement tracking. What you will do Offer Execution & Program Management You will lead the work plans, documentation, and end-to-end execution for bringing new customer acquisition offers to market.
Translate the offer strategy to a robust launch plan to be executed in sales channels and marketing campaigns
Collaborate closely with product, systems, and offer configuration teams to define requirements, prioritize delivery, and ensure offers are built, tested, and launched on time
Manage the new customer acquisition offer suite, continuously optimizing based on performance insights and customer behaviour
Present training and communication materials to internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of new promotional offers
Solicit and summarize feedback to continuously troubleshoot, resolve technical roadblocks and improve overall loading and revenue outcomes
Competitive Tracking & Performance Analysis
Design, build, and maintain an integrated dashboard that synthesizes competitive movements and market research within the Eastern Canada wireline landscape
Evaluate competitor promotional tactics and present clear, data-driven insights regarding their impact on our performance and support response recommendations
Frequently audit customer accounts to ensure promotional offers are being applied correctly in the system, troubleshooting issues and developing solutions when discrepancies arise
Support financial and business performance analysis to ensure health across our portfolio P&L
Qualifications What you bring
3-5 years of experience in marketing, program management, or business analysis, ideally within the telecommunications or technology sectors
Professional written and verbal communication skills in French to effectively support our Quebec market strategy and regional stakeholders is a strong asset
Proven ability to synthesize complex performance data and communicate ideas competently and clearly to cross-functional partners
Comfortable managing end-to-end project timelines, cross-functional work plans, and program-specific KPIs
Understanding (or rapid ability to learn) financial concepts like revenue, margin, loading volume, and ARPU is a strong asset
Intermediate knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.
