Lead operations and teams at the Princeville plant and supervise the new assembly plant in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Responsible for operational performance, health and safety culture, financial budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requires a college or university degree in engineering or operations management with significant experience in complex manufacturing and financial management. Must be bilingual in French and English and available for regular travel to the United States.
