What You’ll Be Doing:
80% Event Magic
- Bring large-scale corporate events to life—from conferences to executive meetings
- Own the full event lifecycle: planning, budgeting, logistics, and execution
- Coordinate venues, vendors, travel, accommodations, and production details
- Lead on-site event delivery (you’re the calm in the chaos)
- Build memorable experiences that people actually talk about afterward
- Analyze event success and constantly raise the bar
20% Communications Brilliance
- Create and deliver internal and external communications that are clear, polished, and on-brand
- Craft emails, newsletters, messaging, and event communications
- Manage timelines and messaging calendars to keep everything on track
- Ensure seamless bilingual communication (English & French) across all channels

- A valid passport with the ability to travel internationally as needed

Compensation
We’re committed to offering competitive and fair compensation. The expected salary range for this position is $75,000 -$90,000 per year. Where you land within this range will depend on your skills, experience, and the expertise you bring to the role. Candidates who demonstrate exceptional proficiency and mastery may be considered for the higher end of the range, while those meeting core requirements typically start closer to the midpoint.
