Role Description As a Software Implementation Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering successful software implementations for dental clinics. You will be responsible for managing implementation projects from onboarding through go-live, including system configuration, data migration, and technical troubleshooting. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with clients to understand their workflows and ensure a smooth transition to Akitu One.
Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for the clinic, collecting feedback, addressing concerns, and coordinating with product teams for continuous improvement. Oversee the secure migration of data from legacy systems and ensure seamless integration with existing hardware and third-party tools like imaging or billing software. Provide real-time technical assistance and troubleshooting during the initial implementation phase to ensure a smooth transition. Guide dental clinics through the onboarding process, including software installation, configuration, and comprehensive user training for staff. Analyze the clinic’s existing workflows and customize the software setup to align with operational needs, ensuring maximum efficiency and usability. Qualifications Experience with software implementation, onboarding, or technical support in a SaaS or technology environment. Working knowledge of coding/scripting languages and strong SQL skills, with experience using code to automate processes, support migrations, and resolve technical issues Analytical skills for understanding and solving complex problems Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Troubleshooting skills for resolving technical issues Organizational skills to manage multiple implementation projects and competing priorities. Direct experience migrating data, and running scripts Work Environment This is a full-time hybrid role Working outside of regular business hours (evenings and weekends) will be required Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
