This role is ideal for an experienced Line Cook or kitchen leader ready to take the next step into leadership while continuing to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

PAY & PERKS
- $19.00–$21.00/hour base pay
- $4–$5/hour average tip-outs (total ~$23–$26/hr)

WHAT YOU’LL DO
KITCHEN LEADERSHIP
- Lead and support the kitchen team during service
- Set the standard for food quality, speed, and teamwork
- Train and mentor cooks and prep team members
FOOD QUALITY & EXECUTION
- Ensure all menu items meet Red Robin standards
- Conduct line checks and maintain presentation quality
- Support kitchen organization and efficient production
OPERATIONS & STANDARDS
- Assist with inventory, prep lists, and kitchen organization
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards
- Support smooth operations during busy service periods
TEAM DEVELOPMENT
- Motivate and support kitchen team members
- Help build a positive, high-energy kitchen culture
- Identify and develop future leaders
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 1+ year of kitchen experience in a full-service restaurant
- Leadership experience is an asset (Shift Leader, Lead Cook, Supervisor)
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Positive attitude and strong leadership presence
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
FoodSafe certification is an asset.
