We’re looking for a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager specializing in tax compliance to lead and review complex corporate, personal, partnership, and trust engagements. In this role, you will oversee compliance mandates from planning to final filing, ensuring technical excellence, accuracy, and strong client service while mentoring and developing team members.
You will be Accountable for: • Reviewing Canadian corporate, personal, partnership, and trust tax returns • Ensuring tax filings and related data are accurate, complete, and compliant • Managing complex compliance files and coordinating deadlines • Identifying tax compliance issues and developing practical solutions • Recognizing planning opportunities and recommending strategies to minimize tax exposure • Working closely with Partners and Managers on files involving complex tax structures • Managing, reviewing, and coaching senior and staff team members • Building and maintaining strong client relationships • Providing technical guidance and training to team members
