We're looking for a Director of Brand and Campaign Marketing who combines strong creative thinking with exceptional execution. Someone proactive who takes initiative while maintaining strong alignment to avoid duplicated efforts. Someone who thrives equally on starting from a blank page and delivering under tight deadlines.
In this role you will :
Lead end-to-end campaign development including GTM strategies, briefs, asset coordination, and timelines. Define and evolve the brand voice and creative direction for 7DTD across all touchpoints. Manage social channels to ensure consistent, on-brand, and cohesive communication. Build and maintain strong relationships with The Fun Pimps, acting as a key point of contact for collaboration. Own multiple projects simultaneously including brand documentation, campaign calendars, and cross-functional deliverables. Manage agencies by triaging briefs and ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and quality standards.
What we're looking for :
Strong experience managing integrated marketing campaigns from strategy to execution. Excellent creative judgment with the ability to shape brand voice and storytelling. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including external partners and agencies. Experience working in fast-paced, creative, or gaming-related environments. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to proactively generate ideas and drive creative ideation.
