Join this team as a Well‑being and Benefits Implementation Specialist.

This is a hybrid role that requires presence in the office three days a week, based out of our Montreal or Quebec office.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering on complex projects, wellbeing solutions, Mercer Retiree Solution, annual flex renewal projects, client projects, and projects for a wide range of wellbeing and benefits administration clients.
  • Consulting with Clients to gather benefit and system requirements and document
  • Managing project plans and risk & issues logs in line with methodology, manage scope and Change Control
  • Preparing system functional specifications
  • Managing testing of new and existing functionality to defined specifications/requirements and supporting clients in this activity
  • Supporting our consulting team as a knowledge expert for benefits administration implementations

What qualifications are necessary to have for the role?

  • Bilingual required
  • Display solid experience of managing projects, ideally multiple projects concurrently
  • Have previous experience of implementation consulting for an software product
  • Be passionate about technology and how it can influence the lives of both our clients and their employees
  • Be articulate, as strong verbal and written communication with our clients is vital
  • Have a strong can-do attitude and be very goal-focused

  • Responsible for actively developing the Solutions Delivery team through developing methodologies and active participation in Knowledge Sharing and Learning & Development.
  • Experience helping to improve processes and give feedback to the wider team and management
