We are currently hiring an Assistant Manager, Channel Operations!

This role is based out of our Burnaby Head Office and requires in-office attendance three days per week to support collaboration and team connection.

As an Assistant Manager, Channel Operations, you will play an essential role in supporting the growth and performance of one of BCAA’s dynamic business lines. Highly organized, you’ll build processes and see through activities related to sales and operations of the channels.

During a typical day, you will:

  • Develop and support projects for sales and service channels such as process changes, enhancements, communication or organizational initiatives.

  • Maintain communication to support sales and marketing campaigns, product launches, HR practices, process changes or operational and audit requirements.

  • Train and support sales leaders on sales processes, systems or incentive programs.

  • Gathers feedback and data to streamline systems and processes to enhance the customer experience and increase productivity.

What you bring:

  • Post-secondary diploma in business, communications, project management or marketing.

  • Minimum four years’ in operations and sales (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

  • Comfortable using technology, including intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite.

  • Bonus Qualifications:

  • You have experience enhancing sales related programs

The salary range for this position is $ 78,500 to $ 87,500 and is determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 12.5%, with the opportunity to earn up to 20%.
