Why Lead with Flaman?
You know the name, and you know we keep the province’s farms moving. We don't just sell equipment; we build the infrastructure that powers the harvest. As a Project Lead, you aren't just a number in a massive crew; you are the "boots on the ground" authority managing high-impact grain system installs from blueprint to completion.
The Top Perks:
- Total Rewards: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and disability coverage.
- Future-Focused: Group pension plan with employer matching to help you reach your long-term goals.
- Support System: A dedicated Family Assistance Program because we know work-life balance matters.
- Stability: Join a culture built on Making Things Better, whereyour leadership is recognized and rewarded.
Your Impact on the Yard & Field:
- Lead the Build: Take ownership of grain system installations and upgrades. You’re the bridge between the customer’s vision and the finished product.
- Orchestrate the Crew: You’ll coordinate the people, the gear, and the materials. You aren't just watching; you're leading the strategy to keep projects on time and on budget.
- Hybrid Leadership: This is for the person who loves the "why" and the "how." You’ll interpret technical drawings in the morning and troubleshoot mechanical systems alongside your team in the afternoon.
- The Point Person: You are the face of the project for our customers and suppliers, ensuring every install meets the Flaman standard of quality.
What We’re Looking For:
- The Expertise: A Journeyperson Millwright ticket is preferred, but if you have equivalent mechanical experience, we want to talk to you.
- The Lead: You’ve managed crews before, whether in construction, ag, or industrial settings, and you know how to keep a team motivated.
- Ag-Fluent: A solid understanding of grain handling and storage systems is a huge asset.
- The Mindset: You’re organized, safety-conscious, and you take pride in seeing a massive grain system operate perfectly because of your planning.
