About the role
We are looking for a sharp, adaptable Salesforce Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementation, customization, and integration projects. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our external clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Because our environment is fast-paced, we value PMs who excel at multitasking, remain calm under pressure, and can confidently navigate technical Salesforce environments.
Key Responsibilities Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external clients. Lead weekly standups, steering committees, and demo sessions with clear agendas and actionable next steps. Project Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and Gantt charts (using Mission Control). Track daily progress and ensure the team maintains strong momentum. Budget & Scope Control: Monitor project hours weekly, perform forecasted vs. actual analysis, and actively manage scope creep through a formal change log. Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify project risks, maintain the risk matrix, and escalate critical issues to the Delivery Director before they impact deadlines. Project Closure: Lead clean project closures, including client retrospectives and final reporting.
Role Requirements Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable): Experience: 2+ years of hands-on Project Management experience. Certification: Salesforce Administrator Certification. You must be comfortable navigating Salesforce orgs, building reports, and understanding the SF ecosystem. Language: C1 English proficiency (written and spoken) for seamless client communication. Aptitude: Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously. Nice-to-Haves: Proven experience managing external corporate clients (consulting or agency background). Proven track record of leading successfull Salesforce implementations for FSL, FSC, Agentforce or Mulesoft Familiarity with PSA tools, specifically Mission Control. PMP or CSM certifications (or both)
What Success Looks Like Projects are delivered on scope, on budget, and on schedule. External clients experience high transparency and proactive communication. Project health data, budgets, and risk matrices are updated accurately every week.
