About The Roles 

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a variety of projects by utilizing excellent project management and communication skills to facilitate activities across departments and with multiple vendors. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing a variety of projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and alignment with strategic objectives. 

As a Project Manager, you will collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver high-quality results. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and proficiency in project management methodologies. This is a permanent, full-time position based at our Head Office in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The role offers remote or hybrid work flexibility, with occasional travel to the Head Office and other branch locations as required.

  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to grasp abstract concepts
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and accountability for project outcomes.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including Agile, Hybrid Agile and Waterfall.

You Must:

  • 3-5 years of project management experience ideally in financial services industry
  • Project Management Profession designation
  • Proven leadership strength and an ability to execute business objectives
  • Broad understanding of a variety of technologies, platforms, and environments.
  • Fully proficient in MS Office tools
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities of varying complexity.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, including facilitation skills.
