What will your typical day look like?
As a Consultant or Senior Consultant in People Risk, you will work collaboratively within a high-performing Enterprise Risk team to support the delivery of meaningful outcomes for clients. You will contribute within teams to help clients understand people-related risks and regulatory requirements, providing clear, practical recommendations and supporting delivery to drive sustainable, measurable impact.
You will support end-to-end People Risk engagements—from contributing to the approach through to delivering high-quality outcomes—while maintaining a strong focus on client service, quality, and risk management. You will communicate complex information clearly through well-structured deliverables and support the facilitation of working sessions and discussions, while continuing to build your capabilities and contribute to the growth of the People Risk practice.
Some examples of day-to-day activities include:
Supporting delivery of People Risk engagements by conducting research, analysis, evaluation and coordinate workstreams to ensure high-quality outcomes Contributing to current-state assessments of strategy, governance, policies, processes, and controls related to people risk, and helping tailor approaches to the client context Identifying and synthesizing key observations and insights from data analysis, stakeholder input, and research, and contributing to practical, client-ready recommendations Developing clear, well-structured, and accessible deliverables for a range of audiences, including summaries, reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders Assisting in the design and facilitation of workshops and training sessions, including preparing materials and capturing outcomes to support client adoption Conducting qualitative and quantitative research activities (e.g., interviews, focus groups, surveys) to understand lived experiences and emerging risks, and synthesizing findings into evidence-based insights Contributing to the implementation of recommendations by supporting planning, tracking progress, and identifying risks and dependencies Collaborating effectively with team members and contributing to an inclusive, high-performing team environment Supporting the development of client materials, tools, and insights that strengthen the People Risk offering Leveraging innovative approaches and tools, including the responsible use of AI, to enhance analysis and deliverable quality

Qualifications:
Consultant / Senior Consultant: 1–5+ years of relevant experience in consulting or a related field (e.g., human resources, DEIA, risk management, or regulatory compliance)
Passion for creating better outcomes for people (employees, customers, and communities) and an interest in People Risk topics
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet commitments in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, practical outputs (French language skills are an asset)
Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with an ability to synthesize information into actionable insights
Experience supporting or delivering components of projects, including research, analysis, stakeholder engagement, and workshop coordination
Familiarity with risk management, governance, or internal controls concepts is an asset
Experience or interest in one or more areas of People Risk
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with data analysis, visualization, or GenAI tools is an asset
Professional designations (e.g., risk, audit, HR, DEI, accessibility) are an asset, along with a commitment to continuous learning

Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $68,000 - $102,000 for Consultant and $84,000 - $126,000 for Senior Consultant , and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
