Has successfully delivered HRIS implementation/integration projects involving Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM, with hands-on experience managing API integrations, file feed interfaces, and data migrations. Demonstrates exceptional stakeholder management, regularly working with executives, business leaders, vendors, and technical teams, and is comfortable taking over complex, in-flight projects while maintaining governance, budgets, RAID management, and executive reporting.
