<p>JOEY Restaurant Group is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to lead the planning, development and execution of multi-channel integrated marketing initiatives across all brands (JOEY Restaurants, LOCAL Public Eatery, SALTLIK). This position plays a pivotal role within the Marketing Department, and partners closely with Operations, cross-functional teams, and external partners to deliver cohesive, on-brand, and operationally-sound marketing programs. </p><p>The ideal candidate is a data-driven leader, strategic planner, and a strong operator ? comfortable managing complex timelines, translating brand marketing and menu campaign strategies into compelling guest-facing plans. This is an in-office role based in Vancouver, BC. <br> </p><p><strong>Annual Compensation Range </strong></p><p>$50,000 ? $100,000 / year </p><p>The salary range is dependent on skill and work experience. <br> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p><ul><li><strong>Menu & Seasonal Campaign Ownership </strong></li><ul><li>Lead seasonal and annual campaign programming across Canada and the US, owning marketing strategies, project budgets, execution and post analysis </li><li>Develop creative briefs that are grounded in guest insights, storytelling and business objectives </li><li>Partner with internal teams and external agencies to deliver scalable content, innovative creative, and cohesive go-to-market plans that drive engagement and conversions </li><li>Use data and insights to inform optimization and recommended actions </li><li>Ensure consistency of brand voice, visual identity, and guest experience across all campaign touch points </li></ul><li><strong>External PR & Media Management </strong></li><ul><li>Manage the PR agency and media partners to support brand storytelling, seasonal launches and key initiatives</li><li>Oversee media outreach and coordination, as well as performance reporting </li></ul><li><strong>Stakeholder & Operations Communication </strong></li><ul><li>Act as a key Marketing partner to Operations and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment and readiness for all launches</li><li>Develop clear communication materials and timelines to support successful in-store execution </li><li>Proactively identify risks, dependencies and operational constraints, managing them through thoughtful planning and communication </li></ul><li><strong>Reporting & Performance Analysis </strong></li><ul><li>Manage brand and sales KPIs, and coordinate campaign performance analysis, including sales impact, guest engagement and channel effectiveness </li><li>Develop clear, actionable post-campaign insights to inform future planning and optimization </li></ul><li><strong>Owned Website Brand Experience </strong></li><ul><li>Ensure content accuracy and integrity, visual consistency, and alignment with current brand and campaign content</li><li>Partner with the digital agency to manage accessibility, enhancements and optimizations </li></ul><li><strong>Team Leadership & Development </strong></li><ul><li>Foster professional growth and build a culture of high performance, collaboration and excellence within the Marketing team</li><li>Build and evolve smart processes and planning frameworks that enable efficient execution and cross-functional collaboration </li><li>Define and implement performance systems, including KPIs and reporting standards to measure impact and continuously improve marketing effectiveness </li><li>Design systems that reduce manual effort, mitigate risk and support faster, more consistent execution </li></ul></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements </strong></p><ul><li><strong>Experience & Education</strong> ? 5+ years of relevant experience (preferably at a creative agency, or within hospitality, consumer or brand marketing), w
