Project Manager — Sector Growth RevOps & Technology Solutions | Remote (Canada) About Sector Growth Sector Growth is a RevOps and technology solutions company helping mid-market businesses design, integrate, and scale their revenue infrastructure. As a certified HubSpot Solutions Partner, we specialize in CRM architecture, custom API integrations, and systems delivery. We combine the technical depth of an engineering team with the strategic lens of a growth consultancy — and we're growing fast. The Role This is a critical hire. You won't just manage projects — you'll build the delivery function that everything else runs on, and own the team that executes it. We're looking for a senior Project Manager who's done this in a consulting or agency environment and knows what it takes to keep complex, multi-client delivery running at pace. You'll own the delivery function from sprint planning and resource allocation to reporting and team development. This is a hands-on leadership role at a fast-growing startup — which means you'll be setting up systems while running them, and building a team while managing one. What You'll Do → Own project delivery across a portfolio of concurrent client engagements — from kickoff through completion. → Build and manage sprints, project boards, and delivery workflows that give the team clarity and leadership visibility. → Create and maintain project reports, status updates, and delivery dashboards for internal stakeholders and clients. → Resource plan across active and incoming projects — matching the right people to the right work at the right time. → Identify risks and blockers early, escalate when needed, and drive resolution without losing momentum. → Hire, onboard, and manage junior PMs — setting them up with the processes, tools, and context they need to perform. → Build and iterate on delivery infrastructure: templates, SOPs, project frameworks, and team rituals that scale as we grow. → Partner with Account Managers and technical leads to align on scope, timelines, and client expectations. What We're Looking For → 5+ years of project management experience in a consulting, agency, or professional services environment. → PMP certification strongly preferred — or equivalent experience managing complex, concurrent projects at a senior level. → Proven experience with sprint planning, agile methodologies, and project board management across tools like Asana, ClickUp, or Teamwork. → Strong resource planning skills — you can look across a full portfolio and make smart allocation decisions under pressure. → Experience hiring and managing junior team members — you know how to delegate, develop, and hold people accountable. → Exceptional organization and communication across multiple workstreams simultaneously. → Startup mindset: you take initiative, wear multiple hats, and default to ownership rather than waiting for direction. Nice to Have → Experience managing delivery of CRM, integration, or systems implementation projects. → Familiarity with HubSpot at an operational level. → Experience building delivery processes from scratch in a high-growth or early-stage environment.
