When everyone is invested - literally - it builds a community of accountability, pride and mutual support.We look for team members who are gritty, accountable, and driven - with a mindset rooted in initiative and purpose, you think like an entrepreneur and build strong, trusting relationships through clear communication and thoughtful dialogue, even in challenging conversations.Job DescriptionAs our Assistant Superintendent, you’ll help to lead day-to-day construction activities, enforce safety and quality standards, and partner closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to drive projects across the finish line - on time, on budget, and with the craftsmanship our reputation depends on.Continuously monitor project budget and forecasting to the individual phase code level and cost type for potential gains and lossesProvide leadership and direction for all project activities and tasks, ensuring project outcomes are delivered successfully and in compliance with all contracts and client needsEnsure clear communication of project-specific roles and responsibilities for all site personnel. Provide regular and respectful feedback for all under your directionMonitor company equipment and supplies to ensure the needed equipment is where it’s required.Inspect tools and equipment and notify the Tools and Equipment Manager for service and repair as neededPitch in hands-on when needed, including night shifts or extended hours, to overcome challenges and meet critical milestonesQualificationsYou bring grit, accountability, and an entrepreneurial mindset to every project.
