Who We Are Looking For… We are seeking an entrepreneurial Producer/Executive. This is not a traditional production role but rather someone who thrives in a creative, fast-moving digital-first environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is excited by the challenge of helping build both projects and the studio itself. The role will evolve based on the strengths and experience of the successful candidate, providing a unique opportunity to become a key member of the leadership team.

PRIMARY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Position Overview The Studio Producer will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to help oversee studio planning, strategic initiatives, and project commercialization.

This individual will serve as a central connector across creative, production, business, and partnership activities, ensuring that projects move efficiently from concept to execution while supporting the growth of the studio. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, highly organized, solutions-oriented, and passionate about storytelling. They are equally comfortable reviewing schedules, reading scripts, providing creative feedback, coordinating teams, solving operational challenges, and helping launch new opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience We recognize that exceptional candidates may come from a variety of backgrounds and industries.

You may be a fit if you have: Experience as a producer, studio manager, production executive, or similar role. Experience in animation, children's media, entertainment, gaming, digital media, or related creative industries. Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously. Exposure to script development, story development, or creative review processes. Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills. Experience working with external partners, vendors, clients, or production collaborators. The ability to think strategically while also executing tactically.

Bonus points for candidates who have: Helped build a company, studio, division, or startup from the ground up. Worked across multiple forms of media and entertainment including animated feature film. Experience launching original intellectual property. Experience with animation pipelines and production workflows. Experience in entrepreneurial or founder-led environments.
