What you will do
We are looking for a Manager to strengthen our Management Consulting practice. If you have a background in Change Management, Workforce / HR transformation or Organizational Design within transformational programs, this may be the opportunity for you. As a Manager in our People & Change practice, you will support the delivery of client engagements, contribute to project execution, and play an active role in developing team capabilities and client relationships by: Supporting the planning and delivery of client engagements, ensuring high-quality outputs aligned to client expectations Leading workstreams across transformation programs, including Change Management, Workforce / HR transformation and organizational design initiatives Managing day-to-day project execution, including tracking deliverables, timelines, and risks Working collaboratively with senior leaders to deliver project milestones on time and on budget Coaching and supporting junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and inclusive team environment Developing client-ready deliverables, including presentations, reports, and transformation roadmaps Building strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and delivery excellence Identifying opportunities to enhance client impact and support business development efforts through proposal development and market research Contributing to internal practice initiatives such as knowledge development, recruiting, and team growth Supporting the design and implementation of people-focused transformation solutions, including change management strategies and organizational effectiveness initiatives
What you bring to the role
5–8 years of experience in Change Management, HR/Workforce transformation, organizational design, or people-related consulting work Experience working on transformation or project-based environments, ideally within consulting or large complex organizations Strong project management capabilities with experience managing workstreams and delivering against deadlines Demonstrated ability to develop client-ready materials and communicate insights clearly Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships Exposure to Change Management, Workforce / HR transformation or organizational design engagements Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within teams Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and facilitation skills Undergraduate degree in business, human resources, behavioral sciences, or a related field Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CHRL/CHRP, PMP, Prosci) considered an asset KPMG Ontario Region Pay Range Information The expected base salary range for this position is $109,000 to $126,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications.
