Education: College/CEGEP. or equivalent experience. Asset languages: Mandarin. Work site environment: Interior. Work setting: Office. Tasks: Plan and organize daily operations. Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress. Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements. Read blueprint, schemas and drawings. Oversee the analysis of data and information. Prepare reports. Organize conferences and meetings. Maintain accurate records. Receive and issue payments. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences. Liaise, consult and communicate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates. Prepare and monitor contracts and budgets. Coordinate work activities to ensure commercial or residential projects meet requirements, budget and deadlines properties. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. MS Office. MS PowerPoint. MS Word. Area of work experience: Project coordination. Area of specialization: Project management. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Willing to travel. Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills. Excellent oral communication. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
