Role Description The Project Manager Scrum Master is a full-time hybrid role based in Montréal, QC, with flexibility for partial work from home. The person in this role will lead cross-functional project teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and ensure that digital initiatives progress on time, within scope, and aligned with KOLIVO’s structured, user-centric approach. Day-to-day tasks include managing project plans and backlogs, removing impediments for the team, coordinating with stakeholders, and tracking progress against milestones and deliverables. The Project Manager Scrum Master will also refine requirements with product and UX teams, monitor risks and dependencies, and maintain clear project documentation and communication. Collaboration with operations, logistics, and quality stakeholders is expected to support efficient delivery and continuous improvement across client projects. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, scope management, and stakeholder communication. Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to follow up on tasks, drive timely completion of deliverables, and reduce bottlenecks in project workflows. Candidates should possess Inspection capabilities to review work outputs, verify adherence to requirements, and support quality assurance standards. Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate resources, timelines, and dependencies across teams and external partners. Professional experience as a Scrum Master or in Agile project environments, with knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid team environment. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, information technology) or equivalent practical experience. Experience with digital product delivery, user-focused initiatives, or consulting environments is an asset. Comfort working in Montréal, QC, in a hybrid model and collaborating with English and French-speaking stakeholders is beneficial.
