Business Transformation Lead
About the role
Our client, a leading insurance company, is undergoing major modernization and transformation initiatives. They are seeking a Project Manager to drive cross-functional change, streamline operations, and support enterprise-wide strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation projects from planning through execution and completion Manage project timelines, risks, budgets, deliverables, and governance requirements Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define objectives, scope, milestones, and success measures Prepare clear status updates and reports for stakeholders and senior leadership Oversee change management activities to ensure successful adoption across teams Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and business performance Monitor project performance using key metrics and identify areas for optimization Develop or refine project templates, tools, documentation, and reporting mechanisms
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects Experience in insurance, financial services, government, or large enterprise environments is an asset Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK) Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
