Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee various restoration projects. The Project Manager is the leader of a multi-person team and responsible for the successful completion of various restoration claims caused by fire, water, lightning, power surge, construction dust. The Project Manager works in conjunction with the property owner, adjuster/insurance company to ensure that restoration is completed in a timely manner, on budget and to the highest quality standards to bring the property or business to their pre-disaster condition. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of construction management principles. This role requires proficiency in project scheduling, coordination, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.

Duties

• Lead and manage restoration projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Perform site inspections, including the emergency phase
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Prepare detailed restoration estimates/reports/replacement costing/billings and manage claims throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster strong relationships with adjusters/sub contractors/business owners/employees to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within the restoration industry.
• Experience in an IT discipline and/or Technical background
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Valid G license with clean driver's abstract
• Able to submit criminal records check
