We're seeking an experienced engineer with expertise in Reverse Osmosis (RO), membrane technology, and water treatment to lead projects, support customer deployments, and help commercialize next-generation membrane solutions. What You'll Bring: Master's or PhD in Chemical, Environmental, or related Engineering Strong experience with RO systems, membrane processes, fouling, scaling, and cleaning Strong Water treatment industry knowledge Project management experience with cross-functional teams Excellent customer-facing and communication skills Willingness to travel domestically and internationally Preferred to Have: RO system commissioning and troubleshooting experience Aspen, MATLAB, ROSA, or similar process modelling tools Product commercialization, pilot testing, or field deployment experience PMP, Six Sigma, or similar certifications
