About the role

Non-Union position Salary $62,937.96 – $81,024.90 Position Summary The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for internal staffing and external full-cycle recruitment, including onboarding of new employees, pursuant to the collective agreement, policies and other legislative requirements within their assigned client groups. The Coordinator acts as a first point of contact for employees in relation to general HR inquiries and supports the administration of the Absence Management, Wellness, Learning and Development and Health and Safety programs. Qualifications Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field. 1+ year of full-cycle recruitment experience. Experience in the administration of health and safety, disability or attendance program(s). Experience working in a unionized environment within Human Resource is an asset. Experience using HRIS (Dayforce) is an asset. An equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, and training may be considered as appropriate. Additional Information Candidates must undergo and successfully pass a background check before an offer of employment may be made. Proof of education is required.
