Remarkable Careers.” We are currently looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team in an 18-month temporary full-time position. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you’ll coordinate, create, and implement marketing strategies to educate physicians, other healthcare professionals, and the public on our service offerings. You’ll also support a broad range of marketing activities, including content development, communications, industry engagement, project execution, market intelligence, and reporting. Bringing clarity and compassion to how CDC’s services are communicated, you’ll help patients access remarkable care. What You’ll Be Doing Collaboration: Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including Practitioner Relations, Core Operations, Clinic, Radiologist, and Leadership teams, to support the development and implementation of marketing strategies that reflect CDC’s brand and organizational priorities. Project Execution: Advance marketing initiatives, including promotions and advertising, from planning through to completion by managing timelines and deliverables. Content Management: Create, edit, and maintain materials for CDC’s website, social media, print, promotions, and events, ensuring alignment with brand standards. Communication Coordination: Assist in the development and distribution of internal and external organizational messaging including announcements and surveys. Market Intelligence Tracking: Monitor competitor marketing activity and emerging market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and potential risks. ·Industry Engagement: Organize, host and participate in events, seminars, community events, tradeshows, and conferences. Reporting: Compile and summarize marketing performance and sales data from campaigns, website activity, email, and social media, using analytics to inform marketing planning and tactical improvements. What We’re Looking For Education: Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Marketing Expertise: Progressive experience across marketing functions, including content development, digital marketing, communications, events, project coordination, market and competitor research, performance measurement, and reporting. Content & Communications Skills: Strong writing, editing, and communication abilities to create and distribute marketing materials and organizational messaging for a range of channels, audiences, and purposes. Event Planning Experience: Demonstrated success organizing, hosting, and supporting organizational participation in events, tradeshows, seminars, and community initiatives. Project Management: A track record of executing multiple marketing and communications initiatives from planning through to completion. Technical Skills: Proficiency with Adobe Programs, Google AdWords, Meta business tools, Microsoft Office and Canva.
