Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, business analysts, and stakeholders.

Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Collaborate with technical teams to understand solution architecture, development activities, and project requirements.

Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and roadblocks in a timely manner.

Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, quality standards, and best practices.

Support release planning, testing coordination, and production deployments.
