About the role
Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities that will fall to you:
Support the business intelligence and analytics teams by applying quality assurance best practices and ensuring the quality of deliverables; Lead user acceptance testing activities in collaboration with business sectors; Manage anomalies and monitor their resolution in a quality assurance context; Ensure consistency and efficiency of quality practices to optimize test coverage and reduce risks in production; Control the quality of test coverage and execution at each of the validation phases; Support quality teams in security validations in collaboration with relevant stakeholders; Support product managers in decisions relating to the closure of test cases according to established quality criteria; Validate strategies and test plans for all components of the program; Ensure the traceability of all test deliverables and artifacts; Participate in the management of dependencies and risks related to quality assurance; Analyze performance indicators related to testing, automation and anomalies in order to recommend corrective actions; Produce periodic quality monitoring reports; Plan and manage end-to-end testing phases at the solution scale; Coordinate the alignment of quality activities with the various teams involved; Contribute to the test automation strategy; Support the quality and integrity of data used in testing activities; Promote a holistic vision of quality based on defect prevention and a risk-based approach.
The Profile Sought Is As Follows
Ten (10) years of experience in quality assurance in the field of information technology; Demonstrate strong leadership, great autonomy and a recognized ability to influence; Have significant experience in quality assurance in the property and casualty insurance industry as well as in-depth knowledge of claims management processes; Adopt a solution-oriented approach and the achievement of results; Communicate effectively and produce quality documentation; Master quality assurance tools such as Jira, Confluence, Xray as well as automation and performance tools; Demonstrate experience as a quality assurance manager in complex programs; Have experience in multi-platform system integration; Demonstrate team spirit, rigor and adaptability in a constantly changing environment.
