The company offers services on an extensive array of mediums up to sixteen feet wide and is a Canadian leader in dye sublimation fabric printing. Operating from a nearly 30,000 square foot facility, IAC serves clients in retail, event marketing, corporate interior design, and other sectors. As IAC continues to push the limits of visual communications, the team remains committed to innovation and delivering standout customer experiences. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in North York, ON. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating large-format print and visual communication projects. Responsibilities include managing client requirements, preparing project timelines, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality standards and specifications are met. The role involves collaborating closely with production, logistics, sales, and inspection teams to ensure on-time delivery and efficient workflow. The Project Manager will also identify risks, troubleshoot issues, maintain accurate project documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives across operations. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication. Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage priorities, track orders, and ensure timely movement of materials. Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify quality, accuracy of specifications, and compliance with client expectations. Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate shipping, receiving, and scheduling across multiple projects. Relevant experience in print production, manufacturing, or visual communications is an asset. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams. Proficiency with project management tools and software; post-secondary education in business, project management, or a related field is preferred.
