We are partnering with one of Canada's leading civil infrastructure contractors as they continue to expand their operations across municipal, marine, and transportation heavy civil construction projects across British Columbia.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Project Director, Operations Manager, Senior Project Manager, or Construction Manager seeking greater influence over project delivery, business operations, financial performance, and long-term growth strategy.

The Role
The Project Director will provide leadership across multiple active projects while overseeing operational performance, financial reporting, safety, staffing, risk management, client relationships, and overall project delivery.You will work closely with senior leadership to drive operational excellence and support the continued growth of the business.
What We’re Looking For
• 15+ years of civil infrastructure or heavy construction experience • Experience leading multiple projects or project portfolios • Strong financial, operational, and commercial management skills • Background in municipal, transportation, utility, or heavy civil construction • Proven ability to develop teams and build client relationships • Engineering or Construction Management background preferred
