🚨 We're Hiring | Senior Project Manager (Level III)

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in technology infrastructure, physical security, or video surveillance deployments? We're looking for a Senior Project Manager (Level III) to lead complex fixed video and physical security solution deployments for government and enterprise clients across Canada.

What You'll Do: ✅ Lead end-to-end project delivery—from initiation through implementation and final handoff ✅ Manage project schedules, budgets, milestones, and KPIs ✅ Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and key stakeholders ✅ Oversee deployments of CCTV, access control, and physical security solutions ✅ Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams ✅ Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery ✅ Ensure compliance with Canadian security, regulatory, and data requirements

What We're Looking For: ✔️ 8–10+ years of Project Management experience ✔️ Experience delivering technology or infrastructure deployment projects ✔️ Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Fixed Video Surveillance / CCTV / Access Control IT Network Deployments Public Safety / Communications Systems Low-Voltage or Electrical Infrastructure Projects

Preferred: ⭐ PMP Certification ⭐ Experience with government or public sector clients ⭐ Familiarity with Smartsheet, MS Project, Procore, Visio, Bluebeam, Lucidchart, or Avigilon ACC ⭐ Knowledge of construction coordination and installation lifecycle
