What’s in it for you:
Build broad digital product exposure. Grow your career in Product. You will gain broad exposure across digital product delivery within a collaborative and fast-moving environment. You will contribute to sprint planning, release coordination, QA processes, backlog management, and cross-functional initiatives while learning from experienced digital product leaders and gaining hands-on exposure to how digital experiences are built, launched, and optimized.
Contribute to experiences recognized across Canada. You will help support digital experiences tied to one of Canada’s most recognized loyalty brands, contributing to initiatives that impact millions of members. From supporting app and web enhancements to helping coordinate launches and digital campaigns, your work will directly contribute to creating seamless and engaging member experiences.
As our new Coordinator, Digital Product, you will:
- Support the delivery of digital initiatives. You will help coordinate and support the execution of digital initiatives across web and app experiences, ensuring projects remain organized, aligned, and moving forward against timelines and priorities.
- Coordinate product delivery activities. You will support sprint planning, backlog management, release coordination, and cross-functional follow-ups while helping maintain clear documentation across product initiatives.
- Support QA and testing processes. You will contribute to QA and User Acceptance Testing activities by developing test cases, documenting issues, validating fixes, and helping ensure digital experiences meet defined requirements and quality standards.
- Track and manage bugs and defects. You will document, prioritize, and monitor bugs and defects across digital experiences using tools such as Jira, ensuring issues are clearly communicated and resolved efficiently with Product, QA, and Technology teams.
- Coordinate digital copy and stakeholder approvals. You will manage the coordination and alignment of copy decks across Product, Marketing, Legal, Brand, and external partners, ensuring approvals, revisions, and timelines are tracked effectively prior to launch.
- Collaborate across teams and partners. You will work closely with Product, UX, Technology, Marketing, Loyalty, and external partners to support communication, gather feedback, track action items, and contribute to successful digital launches and enhancements.
- Maintain product documentation and operational processes. You will support the maintenance of product documentation, release notes, deployment checklists, and backlog hygiene while contributing to scalable product operations and continuous process improvements.
- Monitor digital experiences post-release. You will support post-launch monitoring activities, helping identify and escalate issues impacting the member experience while ensuring fixes are validated and communicated appropriately.
You bring:
- Digital product coordination experience. You have experience supporting digital, product, eCommerce, marketing, or technology initiatives through internships, co-ops, or early-career roles where you helped coordinate projects, manage timelines, and support cross-functional delivery.
- Exposure to digital tools and platforms. You are comfortable working with digital collaboration and product tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, CMS platforms, or similar technologies used to support digital product execution and delivery.
- An understanding of digital product environments. You have exposure to website, app, or digital experience environments and understand, at a foundational level, how digital products are built, tested, launched, and maintained. You are interested in UX/UI principles and customer experience thinking, with an appreciation for how thoughtful digital experiences impact user engagement and usability. While you do not need to come from a deeply technical or coding background, curiosity around digital experience design and user behaviour will help you succeed in this role.
- Organization and attention to detail. You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate documentation, track action items, and support coordinated releases across different stakeholders and timelines.
- QA and testing support experience. You have experience supporting QA, User Acceptance Testing, or defect tracking activities, including documenting bugs, validating fixes, and helping ensure digital experiences meet quality expectations.
- Communication and collaboration skills. You are comfortable working across teams and communicating with a variety of stakeholders, including Product, Marketing, UX, Technology, Legal, and external partners. You are not afraid to ask questions, share ideas, or proactively follow up to keep work moving forward.
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn. You are naturally curious about digital experiences, emerging technology, and how things work. You are eager to learn, open to feedback, and motivated to grow your career within Digital Product.
