Job Summary This Security Specialist role supports cyber projects focused on regulatory and audit activities in relation to glasswing within a high-performing team of 5 people with stakeholders across the business. The position was opened to address augmented volume and involves a onboarding period with an expectation to hit the ground running. Approximately 70% of the day is spent in meetings, with all interactions being internal. The contractor will not have access to any customer data.
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain governance frameworks, processes, and reporting structures to track performance, enable transparency, and support decision-making. Lead overall portfolio planning and execution, establish cadence, manage interdependencies, mitigate risks, and optimize resource allocation. Translate team goals into actionable plans, monitor progress, adjust strategies, and ensure alignment with long-term objectives. Design and deliver executive-ready materials and dashboards that clearly communicate progress, insights, and recommendations. Build strong relationships between businesses and senior executives to influence outcomes and ensure strategic priorities are understood and executed. Provide thought leadership and strategic recommendations, incorporating findings into programs for operational efficiency and long-term planning. Respond effectively to ambiguity and last-minute changes, stay informed on emerging trends and regulatory changes, and evolve strategies as needed. Conduct analysis and make recommendations to enhance capabilities, drive efficiencies, and support sustainable growth.

Education Requirements Post-secondary education required — degree or diploma
Required Experience 10+ years of experience working in cybersecurity as a Program or Project Manager
