Our client, a well-established company operating in the interior design and institutional projects sector, is looking for an Estimator to support its growth.

Responsibilities:

-       Analyze plans, specifications, and technical documents to assess project costs.

-       Prepare estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.

-       Produce and submit bids within required deadlines.

-       Collaborate with clients, contractors, professionals, and other stakeholders involved in projects.

-       Ensure administrative follow-up on awarded projects.

-       Prepare documentation required for project execution.

-       Verify the accuracy of estimates at various stages of the process.

-       Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

-       Identify optimization opportunities and contribute to bid strategy development.

-       Participate in business discussions and negotiations as required.

-       Monitor changes, extras, or adjustments related to projects.

-       Perform any other related duties.

Requirements:

-       Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in project estimation.

-       Strong ability to read plans and interpret technical specifications.

-       Excellent communication skills in both French and English.

-       Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

-       Strong attention to detail in calculations and data analysis.

-       Ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines.

-       Strong analytical skills and organizational abilities.

-       Skills in customer service, negotiation, and business development.
