This role will manage the people agenda, partnering with leaders across the business to attract talent, develop careers, build culture, and shape the future of how they work.

Role Description The Manager, People and Culture will lead and support all aspects of the employee experience, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and engagement initiatives. This full-time hybrid role is based in Toronto, ON, with a combination of in-office presence and work-from-home flexibility.

Key Responsibilities include: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes end-to-end Oversee benefits administration and conduct periodic benchmarking reviews Develop, update, and implement HR policies in compliance with current legislation (Canada and US) Build and manage a learning and development framework including micro-learning capacity Champion staff engagement and contribute to building a high-trust culture Develop and implement internal communications (i.e newsletters) Introduce practical improvements to processes, tools, and ways of working, including the use of technology and AI where appropriate Coach, counsel, and discipline employees as well as coaching managers on employee relations issues Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures Coordinate outsourced HR services and work with relevant vendor(s)

Qualifications 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within hospitality, luxury travel, or a service-led environment. Demonstrated success leading full-cycle recruitment and building talent strategies that attract and retain high-calibre people. Trusted advisor to managers and leaders on employee relations, performance, and people matters A passion for people and culture, with the ability to build meaningful employee experiences that reflect the brand's commitment to excellence Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. CHRP or CHRL designation, or active candidacy, preferred. Working knowledge of Ontario employment standards legislation; familiarity with US employment law is an asset. Proficiency with HRIS platforms and modern people tools (i.e. Rippling, Ceridian) Familiarity with AI-enabled HR tools and a willingness to champion technology adoption within the people function

This role offers a base salary range of This role offers a base salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 annually, determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
