ABOUT US
Many people will spend their lives in a Marcon home, so we have to build it right, every time.
Founded in 1985, Marcon is an established real estate company specializing in acquiring, developing, building, and managing properties across Metro Vancouver. A focus on quality and craftsmanship is what the business was built on, earning us a trusted reputation within the construction industry. As we've grown, those same principles have remained at the heart of everything we do - from development and construction through to long-term property management.
We're committed to creating exceptional experiences at every touchpoint between our people, our buildings, and our communities. None of this is possible without talented people working together toward a common goal. If you're looking to contribute to meaningful projects while growing your career alongside an experienced and collaborative team, we'd love to hear from you.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of residential construction projects through every stage of construction, from pre-construction planning to project completion. This role offers the opportunity to build broad project management experience while developing strong relationships with internal teams, consultants, and trade partners. You'll gain exposure to project planning, contract administration, construction execution, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement, providing an excellent foundation for long-term career growth within Marcon's Construction team.
If you're organized, enjoy solving problems, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are motivated by delivering high-quality projects, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while continuing to develop your career.

- Contributing to quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
WHAT YOU BRING
We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work. You enjoy coordinating multiple priorities, building strong working relationships, and contributing to successful project outcomes.
- 3–5 years of experience in construction project coordination or project management support.
- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Experience supporting contract administration, project documentation, and project coordination.
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while working both independently and collaboratively.
