Your Team:

Join the IT E-Commerce & Digital Marketing team at Flair as an Ecommerce Product Manager, where you'll play a key role in shaping the digital customer experience across our web and mobile platforms. Reporting to the Director, IT E-Commerce, you will be responsible for optimizing the end-to-end digital customer journey, including the booking flow, Manage My Booking, Online Check-in, and post-booking experiences. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will deliver customer-centric digital solutions that enhance self-service capabilities, improve the user experience, drive digital engagement, and support ancillary revenue growth. 

This role is an on-site position based in either our Edmonton, AB or Vancouver, BC office.

A Day in the Life:

As an E-commerce Product Manager, you will:

Leading the product design and management of digital touchpoints, including Booking flow, Manage My Booking, Online Check-in, and other in-journey and post-journey experiences.

  • Designing intuitive, compelling, and easy-to-use digital experiences across web and app platforms.
  • Developing a seamless digital experience that enhances the customer’s overall travel journey.
  • Aligning and developing solutions with the stakeholders to ensure a seamless user-centred journey.
  • Using customer insights, performance data, and testing methodologies, including A/B and multivariate testing, to optimize conversion and digital performance.
  • Working closely with the marketing team to ensure Flair’s web and app platforms deliver the right messaging and a brand-enhancing customer experience.
  • Working with stakeholders across the business to manage the development pipeline and prioritize the highest-value initiatives.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve digital self-service functionality, customer engagement, and the overall post-booking experience.
  • Monitoring and supporting key performance measures, including ancillary revenue per passenger and online check-in rate
  • Other duties as assigned from time to time.

What You Bring to the Role: 

The preferred candidate should exemplify Flair's core values of honesty, efficiency, accountability, and respect while demonstrating success in previous roles. Additionally, we are seeking individuals who possess:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Product Management, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
    • An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in digital product management, e-commerce, digital experience, or a related role.
    • Experience managing customer-facing digital products across web and app platforms is preferred.
    • Demonstrated experience working with AB testing platforms or digital customer journey touchpoints is considered an asset.
    • Experience working closely with revenue, marketing, design, and technology teams to deliver digital product enhancements is preferred.
    • Experience using customer insights, analytics, and testing methodologies to improve digital performance and user experience is required.
    • Previous experience in airline, travel, e-commerce, or another consumer-facing digital environment is considered an asset.
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Strong understanding of digital product management principles and customer experience design.
    • Ability to translate customer needs, business priorities, and performance data into practical product improvements.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret digital performance metrics, user behaviour, and conversion data.
    • Experience using testing methodologies, including A/B and multivariate testing, to improve digital outcomes.
    • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, revenue, design, and technology.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas, priorities, and recommendations.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced digital environment.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Requirements:
    • Clear criminal record check and satisfactory references.
    • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada without restriction.
