Collaborate cross-functionally to prepare go-to-market materials leveraging customer insights, market research, and competitive findings. Join team brainstorms and strategy discussions, bringing a fresh perspective on how we can better connect with and acquire new TurboTax customers. Support in-season execution by pulling and analyzing data to help inform strategy decisions. Monitor competitor activities and compile competitive reviews and presentations for internal stakeholders. Help organize virtual tax events to drive awareness and consideration in collaboration with external partners. Support in-season go-to-market execution by helping the team stay organized across campaign timelines, workback schedules, and cross-functional deliverables. Support the coordination of partner and affiliate discussions across the partnership portfolio — preparing presentations, tracking follow-ups, and helping keep cross-functional projects on track. Support partnership operations — maintaining trackers and dashboards, managing invoicing and billing workflows, and producing performance reporting to keep partners and internal teams aligned. Assist in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new partnership opportunities.
